Donald Trump RACIST “Make America Great Again” OR HELP Richardson Lead America to GREATNESS?






Racism not only still exists in America is has gotten worst since this nation elected its first African-American president Barack Hussein Obama.

Republican Donald Trump says HE will make this nation GREAT again. One of the RACIST ways Trump promises to achieve his goal is to deny the 14th amendment of the United States Constitution protection to some citizens BORN in America.

Part of his 2016 RACIST campaign platform is to end birthright citizenship. Trump is either lying outright to Americans or promising to deny due process and equal protection of the Fourteen Amendment to some Mexican-Americans. He said that he would deport the children born here to illegal immigrants back to Mexico with their parents.

The Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution Section 1.   All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.  No state shall make or enforce any law, which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

I believe that nothing happens by chance that it is DIVINE Trump's using the 14th Amendment as part of his 2016 presidential bid and my life changing experience with that same amendment are not random occurences.

"In a 9th grade Civic class at age 14 the fact that the Fourteenth Amendment contained the due process and equal protection clauses meant more to me than my teacher would ever know. The knowledge that all Americans are protected by “our” constitution changed my whole outlook on life.

My mother’s statement made years earlier that we are all equal because GOD made us all raced through my mind. I realized and accepted the fact that GOD really did make all people equal. The knowledge and acceptance of this fact coupled with my newfound understanding of the meaning of the 13th and 14th amendments guarantees would order and guide me for the rest of my life to my divine destiny and purpose.

HOPE was present in my life for the first time. As an American these two amendments ensured me that my future would be brighter and different than that of my mother. I would achieve my mother’s dream for me to graduate from high school. I would also accomplish my new dream for myself to graduate from college. My new dream now consisted of graduating from college, having a husband, having children that shared the same last name, and living in a beautiful house." I want to lead this nation to GREATNESS.  I can by using my story which proves that RACISM exist and presenting President Obama with an opportunity to correct one form of racism employment discrimination. I believe I was created by God to shed LIGHT on employment discrimination and retaliation, which will lead to President Obama amending Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964 again.  

The August 26, 2015, murder of television reporter Alison Parker and camera man Adam Ward by Bryce Williams, Black Lives Matter movement, the 2016 Presidential Election, and the current race crisis (police killing unarmed Blacks) makes this a perfect time for me to be featured as a guest on television, internet, or radio show. I am uniquely qualified to contribute to a conversation on race and racism because of my employment discrimintion experience and court case. 

I believe that many people in America are in denial about employment discrimination. Some people are in denial because they haven't experienced racism or employment discrimination. Others are in denial because they haven't seen or read any direct evidence that proves it. Will you HELP ME lead this nation to GREATNESS by giving my book and story a voice?

I am the author of a non-fiction book "Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer."  My book and the evidence in that was uploaded as pictures will prove systemic racism to Americans and the world. My book contains proof of racism at Albion Correctional Facility, New York State Attorney General's Office, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court, and the Justice Department of the United States.
             
My book ends with a chapter appealing to President Obama.I HOPE and PRAY that he uses my book and  case to justify using an Executive Order to amend Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Amending the Act again would prevent one judge from having the absolute power to grant summary judgment motions that dismiss employment discrimination and retaliation cases. Amending Title VII again will also give people like murderer Bryce Williams an effective and legal way to seek redress for alleged employment racism and discrimination. 

More importantly amending the Act again will lead this nation on a path of GREATNESS.  Both the equal protection and due process clauses of the 14th amendments of the United States Constitution and the Civil Right Act of 1964 will become living realities for all Americans.

On 7/20/13 President Obama asked "How do we learn some lessons from this and move in a positive direction?" "But beyond protests or vigils, the question is, are there some concrete things that we might be able to do. There has been talk about should we convene a conversation on race. I haven't seen that be particularly productive when politicians try to organize conversations. They end up being stilted and politicized, and folks are locked into the positions they already have. On the other hand, in families and churches and workplaces, there's the possibility that people are a little bit more honest..." 

Trayvon Martin's verdict was an unjust criminal verdict but African-Americans have suffered and continue to suffer from unjust CIVIL verdicts and court rulings/decisions too.

Read this book or just the first 70 pages and HELP CHANGE this nation by engaging in  a conversation on racism that is supported by facts and the documents included in the book itself. My hope is that this book and conversation will  result in action by Mr. Obama who is our dear president and great leader of the free world.

One form of racism Employment discrimination can be addressed and curbed by President Obama with an executive order. He can amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 again like he did in the Lilly Ledbetter case. Amending the act again will allow victims of employment discrimination to have juries and not JUDGES decide if their employers discriminated and/or retaliated against them.

TIME FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA to HELP BLACKS BY AMENDING THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 AGAIN









August 2013 unemployment rates 7.3 percent.  African- American unemployment rate rose from 12. 6 percent to 13 percent in August 2013.Employment discrimination is a major reason that African-American unemployment rates is double that of the  national average unemployment rate of Whites in some parts of America. It is also a reason that many African-American teenagers are unemployed and many African-American adults are either unemployed or underemployed.

President should address employment discrimination once again because it is the RIGHT thing to do. Amend Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964, with an Executive Order again.  He did in in 2009 with Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act.

President Obama, Lilly Ledbetter, and Vera Richardson



On January 29, 2009, President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act. According to the New York Times: “In signing the bill, Mr. Obama said that it sends the message "that there are no second class citizens in our workplaces, and that it's not just unfair and illegal, it's bad for business to pay someone less because of their gender or their age or their race or their ethnicity, religion or disability."

I hope and pray that President Obama will take a similar interest in my case and act in a similar fashion. I hope that he doesn’t let politics prevent him from addressing racial employment discrimination that involves Democratic Party members Eliot Spitzer and  Governor Andrew Cuomo.

As of today’s date Andrew Cuomo has ignored my pleas for justice and peace. I hope that as leader of the Democratic Party Pres Obama contacts Cuomo and request that he investigates my case, the unjust denial of the appeal of my disability retirement application, and makes me whole by reversing that denial and reward me much needed back pay from that appeal.

Like Lilly, Vera Richardson, was a victim of employment discrimination. Ledbetter and women groups were encouraged by the signing of the bill named in her honor. Vera and African-Americans victimized by unlawful employment discrimination will be encouraged and motivated to participate in the November 6, 2012, presidential election if the defendants and attorneys on record in Richardson’s case and tens of thousands of other employment discrimination cases are held accountable for their unfair and illegal actions.

Dear President Obama: We Can’t Wait the Civil Right Act of 1964 needs to be amended again


President Obama we can’t wait the Civil Right Act of 1964 needs to be amended again. The Herman Cain alleged work place sexual harassment news coverage present you the perfect time to once again address and correct unlawful work place behavior that harms minorities emotionally and financially. President Obama I believe that we can’t wait until next year or your next term in office to address employment discrimination and the toll that it has on African-Americans.
On January 29, 2009, you signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act which amended the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Like Ledbetter based on my belief that other Civil Rights Act of 1964 employment discrimination and retaliation victims will unjustly be denied a jury trial I am still fighting. As you stated in your remarks the day that you signed the Ledbetter Act Ledbetter didn’t give up fighting for a just cause. Just like Ledbetter I too could have given up and avoided the unimaginable pain and depression  that continues to occur in my life fourteen years after initially filing my Pro-Se lawsuit, ten years after the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit refused to reverse the unjust dismissal of my lawsuit, and nine years after the United States Supreme Court refused to review, remanded, and/or reverse the dismissal of my case.

During your remark on the Ledbetter bill you stated in part: ”It is fitting that with the very first bill I sign - the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act - we are upholding one of this nation's first principles: that we are all created equal and each deserve a chance to pursue our own version of happiness. Lilly Ledbetter didn't set out to be a trailblazer or a household name. She was just a good hard worker who did her job - and did it well - for nearly two decades before discovering that for years, she was paid less than her male colleagues for the very same work. Now, Lilly could have accepted her lot and moved on. She could have decided that it wasn't worth the hassle and harassment that would inevitably come with speaking up for what she deserved. But instead, she decided that there was a principle at stake, something worth fighting for. So she set out on a journey that would take more than ten years, take her all the way to the Supreme Court, and lead to this bill which will help others get the justice she was denied.”

For more than five years I have pleaded and begged CNN, Soledad Obrien, 60 Minutes, Dateline NBC, Oprah, Jessie Jackson, Congressman Shelia Jackson-Lee, Tavis Smiley, Clinton in her role as Senator of New York to review my factual allegations of employment discrimination and abuse of power by Eliot Spitzer (filing seven perjured summary judgment motion declarations) and his staff at the New York State Attorney General Office.
I believe that my racism experience detailed in my book sheds light on employment discrimination and retaliation. That light will reveal that salutary purpose of summary judgment (to avoid unnecessary trials) and the rights of all Americans to a jury trial can both be accomplished with a well written and defined amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Amending the Civil Rights Act again would prevent one judge from having the absolute power to grant summary judgment motions that dismiss discrimination and retaliation cases.

Seeking Justice For Perjured Declarations Filed in Court by Eliot Spitzer and New York Attorney General's Office



I am an African-American female. My life should have been an American success story. I was born black and poor in rural north Florida to an unwed mother. We were too poor to even have an outhouse - we had to share my grandmother’s outdoor toilet. As a child I worked in tobacco fields and one year worked as a migrant worker. As a migrant worker I picked peaches, apples, and harvested tomatoes and cabbages. As an underdog born into poverty I managed to achieve my dream of graduating from college and having what should have been a great career with New York State Department of Corrections. My dream and my life were shattered by employment discrimination.

My case was my personal discriminatory experience until the New York State Attorney General under the leadership of Eliot Spitzer filed perjured declarations in a court of law in this country. In my book ” Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer I detail my life, my horrific hostile work environment experience, and my Pro-Se legal battle with Eliot Spitzer.

I am still suffering emotionally, financially, and physically, from my employment discrimination and retaliation experience with New York State Department of Correctional Services which violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and Eliot Spitzer. New York State Attorney General’s Office an agency with a Civil Right Bureau filed SEVEN perjured declarations in a Civil Right Act of 1964 Title VII (employment discrimination) case. Based on the perjured declarations and/or disposition testimony of Lee Gould, Personnel Director of New York State Department of Correctional Services, Sgt William Reed, Superintendent A. Andrews, Mike Russo, Assistant New York Attorney General, Gerald Goncalves (Affirmative Action) and Deputy Supt of Administration James Berbary, filed with Eliot Spitzer’s summary judgment motion my employment discrimination case was unjustly dismissed.

I would like to be made whole by New York State Governor Cuomo because I have exhausted all avenues of judiciary redress i.e. my appeal to the United States Supreme Court was denied.

Tavis Smiley Is an Unapologetic Critic of President Obama




In a recent video interview on the Grio Tavis Smiley stated” that he is wrongly called a "critic" of the president, saying that holding the president accountable is his "job." "My job has always been to hold presidents accountable to the best interest of all Americans but specifically and unapologetically for [African-Americans].”

Every time I read or hear Tavis Smiley profess his unapologetically concerns for African-Americans it blows my mind. I can’t wrap my mind around the fact that he believes that it is his duty and right to hold President Obama accountable to us when many of us have voiced our opinion that we don’t want or need his help.

What is his true motivation for being one of the most vocal “debaters” of President Obama and his presidency? Could the sentiments expressed in my February 25, 2010, youtube video titled is Tavis Smiley Conspiracy – One Term for President Obama be true?

I believe that if Tavis Smiley truly has unapologetically concerns for African-Americans he would have used his platform(s), including his publishing company Smiley Books, to highlight a tangible and undeniable example of one form of racism – employment discrimination.


In 2006 and 2007 I mailed copies proposed chapters of my manuscript at Smley's request to him. One day while in the Los Angeles area, I hand delivered additional chapters of  now published book titled“Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer” to Smiley’s office.

Tavis Smiley had the ability to publish any book or  books at his descretion. He didn't publish my book. He also didn't use any of his media platforms to give the book or my Title VII Civil Rights of 1964 pro-se employment discrimination case and experience a national voice.

A voice that was needed then and even more today.I believe that 99 out of 100 Americans who reads this book with agreed with the direct evidence in it that my employment and judiciary RACISM was real.

Although I have a personal reason to distrust Smiley’s motives it is not about me entirely. Employment discrimination filings with the Equal Employment Commission have increased sufficiently since 2009. One recent victim of employment discrimination is Brenda Chaney, who is a black certified nursing assistant case was highlighted in an article titled “Is Discrimination Running Rampant in Our Long-Term Care Facilities?”

I was shocked and very happy after investigating Chaney’s case to discover that on July 20, 2010, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit reversed the district court’s summary judgment motion dismissal of her lawsuit.

I believe that my unsuccessful David and Goliath battle with Eliot Spitzer and his staff of 450 attorneys is part of my divine purpose. I was created by God to shed light on employment discrimination. That light will encourage either President Obama to use an executive order to amend Title VII of the Civil Right of 1964 again or Congress to pass a bill to amend it. The Act needs to be amended again to prevent one federal judge from having the absolute authority to dismiss Title VII (employment discrimination) cases with summary judgment motions.

I believe that employment discrimination will decrease sufficiently once more victims of employment discrimination and retaliation survive frivolous summary judgment motions. Discriminating employers and organizations will no longer be able to abuse and misuse Federal Rules of Civil Procedures number 56 Summary Judgment to unjustly deny victimized Americans their right to have a jury decide their Title VII of the Civil Right of 1964 as amended cases.
