Are JEWS Next? Donald Trump's Racism: OBAMA, Mexicans, Disabled Journalist, BLACKS, Muslims

No one challenged Trump when he forced a sitting African-American President to prove that he was an American. So he attacked Mexicans, then he attacked a disabled journalist, then he attacked GWB Iraq/ISSL created Syrian migrants, then Muslim-Americans.

Jews remember Germany YOU can be or ARE you NEXT? If Donald Trump is elected PRESIDENT of the United States of America who will stand up for you or stand up to President Donald Trump? African-Americans survived slavery this nation can and will survive if this nation looks racism in the face and reject it and Donald Trump.

Racism has gotten worst since this nation elected its first African-American president Barack Hussein Obama. Fueled by Republicans January 20, 2009, Secret RACIST Meeting hosted by Fox News and CBS News contributor, Frank Luntz. Republicans attending the Vote NO to every and anything that "Obama" promised the 2008 voters, included now Speaker of the HOUSE Paul Ryan, Former Republican Minority Leader of the House Eric Cantor, and current GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy. (Democrats run ads now to expose this continued GOP conspiracy against democracy and win 2016 White House.)

The Republicans RACISM "created/build" Donald Trump (Thanks John McCain). Today, TEA Party racists and Donald have now taken over the Republican Party and the media. Examples of the media racism and/or bias include CBS NEWS', Frank Luntz, Meet the Press host and NBC Political Director Chuck Todd, and MSNBC Morning Joe Show.

Republican Donald Trump says HE will make this nation GREAT again. One of the RACIST ways Trump promises to achieve his goal is to deny the 14th amendment of the United States Constitution protection to some citizens BORN in America.  He said that he would deport the children born here to illegal immigrants back to Mexico with their parents.

Part of his 2016 RACIST campaign platform is to end birthright citizenship. Trump is either lying outright to Americans or promising to deny due process and equal protection of the Fourteen Amendment to Mexican-Americans.

May God  Helps Us ALL if Trump WINS. Its possible because on November 30, 2015, he had approximately 21 minutes of FREE advertisement on MSNBC Morning Joe Show. Or if Trump STEALS the 2016 Presidential Election using the false narrative that Blacks voted for him based on Black pastors support.

African-Americans we CAN Change America By SAVING Ourselves from RACISM!

The highly qualified Harris County African-Americans pictured above were defeated as judiciary candidates on November 4, 2014. Harris County has more registered Democrats than Republicans and Independents combined but they didn't vote.

I believe that during the November 4, 2014, mid-term elections African-Americans behaved like the children of Israel after they were delivered from slavery. Exodus 14:12 of King James Version of the Bible: “Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt; saying Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.”

After witnessing all of the January 20, 2009, conspired opposition to President Obama by the Republican Party, many minorities felt exhausted from defending President Obama. Like President Obama they didn't know about the secret 2009 pledge to vote NO to EVERY agenda item of the first African-American president. We couldn't understand him using most of his first term trying to get Republicans to support and vote for "Obamacare."

Hispanic Americans got angry and didn't vote in record numbers needed to retain the Senate and take back the House. Their  reason for not turning out to vote  many didn't understand the necessary politics of waiting until after the midterms to take Executive Action on Immigration Reform.

President Obama said that change wouldn't come easy in this country and the November 2, 2010, and November 4, 2014, midterms proved that fact. President Obama hasn't gotten weary and/or given up and we can’t get weary and give up either.

Murder victims Trayvon Martin, Mike Brown, Eric Gardner, African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, the poor, under educated, and women need President Obama and educated and/or successful African-Americans to continue fighting for his visions of Justice and Equality for all Americans.

We must trust God and know that just like He delivered the children of Israel He will protect and deliver us too. We must vote in every election as if it’s a presidential election. More importantly, we MUST have the race/racism conversation that President Obama requested after the Ferguson verdict.

For less than a Burger King Whopper or a Big Mac you can DOWNLOAD $2.99 book  "Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer." Read the book and have a fact-based race conversation around the world, on social media, radio, and television.

After reading the book please render the jury verdict that the United States Supreme Court denied me on November 4, 2002. After you render your verdict respectfully request that President Obama protect Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, by amending it with an Executive Order.

On November 4, 2008, Senator Barack Obama was elected as this nation first African-American president. On January 29, 2009, President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act.  This was the first act signed into law by President Obama.

According to the New York Times: “In signing the bill, Mr. Obama said that it sends the message "that there are no second class citizens in our workplaces, and that it's not just unfair and illegal, it's bad for business to pay someone less because of their gender or their age or their race or their ethnicity, religion or disability."

I am an African-American female victim of employment discrimination who likes Lilly Ledbetter was denied justice by the Supreme Court of the United States for employment discrimination.  I hope and pray that President Obama doesn’t let politics prevent him from using my employment discrimination case to address and amend Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, because my experience occurred in the State of New York and involves Democrats Eliot Spitzer and Governor Andrew Cuomo.

The salutary purpose of summary judgment and the rights of all Americans to fair and equal justice can both be accomplished with a well written and defined amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Amending the Civil Rights Act again would prevent one judge from having the absolute power to grant summary judgment motions that dismiss Title VII cases. Amending the Act again will also make the guarantees of both the 13th and 14th amendments of the United States Constitution and the protections under Title VII of the Civil Right Act of 1964 a living reality for all Americans. All Americans are entitled to due process and equal protection under the law.

BLACK PEOPLE STOP DOING STUPID SH-T: Don't Protest at NIGHT PERIOD!

Please don't do stupid s__t like marching at night. Please stay off the street at night.  Don't give Coburn and Republican Party what what they want. They may start the violence and say African-Americans started it.

Blacks shouldn't march or protest at night. Republican Senator Coburn who met with his party on 1/20/09 (night Barack Obama took oath) and conspired to obstruct his presidency wants anarchy and violence. On November 20, 2014, Coburn who is leaving the Senate because his cancer has returned "predicted" call for violence all over this nation. In his interview with USA today he referenced Ferguson just like he did on Morning Joe Show

We can't win nor do we want a race war. Our lives are in our hands and Jesus hands. Listen to this passionate insight about what is happening in Ferguson and pray. Please pray for our nation and specific for Jesus to protect President Obama from all harm domestic and foreign.

Chronicles 2 7:14 “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (KJV)

Do you believe the nation will be shocked and respond to the violence the same way they did during Jim Crow and the Civil Rights movement? The refusal of all the major networks ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX to allow President Obama 15 or 20 minutes of air time to tell nation details of his Immigration Reform policy guarantees that history will not repeat itself. Only negative images or videos that support the narratives that BLACK people are responsible for the violence, unlawfulness, and riots will be featured and discussed by the media.

I don’t want to preach but many of you who are matching and protesting failed to either register to vote or didn’t vote in 2010 and again in 2014. Not voting on November 6, 2014, and/or like some activist in Houston, TX telling Blacks not to vote was a critical mistake.

I believe that many eligible Hispanic voters didn't register because of fear of exposing their mixed family members. Now that Barack Obama has used Executive Orders that should relieve some of those fears Texas Democratic Party should start massive end of year drive to register those potential voters. I also believe that other states should do the same thing.

Proactive actions we can take to honor Mike Brown and deny the Republicans the White House in 2016 includes but aren't limited to: 1: Getting eligible Hispanic voters registered during daylight hours in cities across this nation.  2. Raising money and establishing methods to identify and get state issued voter identification cards for those who need them.
Volunteering at your local county and state Democratic Party headquarters today. Use your energy to help people like these pictured Harris County democratic female judiciary candidates. All of them lost on November 6, 2014, but you can help them become judges in future elections.

Don't give up and don't lose HOPE. JESUS gave us President Obama and Eric Holder to bring equality and justice to all Americans including Mike Brown. It will be hard to change America to a more just nation. Change will happen if Blacks realize that we are in the fight for our lives and our children's lives. Blacks must make better decisions and matching and/or protesting at NIGHT in any city in America is STUPID!

Democrats VOTE to Counter "Meet the Press" Chuck Todd's BIAS Republicians/Grimes Narratives

Democrats can't remain silent and let the Republican bias media and talking heads like Chuck Todd control the political narrative and debate.  A FALSE narrative that is generated to depress us and to destroy our HOPE for a better future.

The hope and CHANGE that President Obama promised us in 2008 is so REAL and so close. In fact people like Todd are shaking in their boots in fear that all Americans will have equality in justice, employment, housing, education, and Comprehensive Immigration Reform.

Black or African-Americans Democrats don't let the noise of  Chuck Todd control your mind or your actions. Get to work to get out the vote  in your state especially if you have a large minority population like Harris County Texas.  Harris County which includes Houston is comprised of 663,000 Whites, 488,000 Blacks, 730,000 Hispanics, and 67,5000 Asians. The minority population according to the 2010 Census is twice that of whites.

WHEN Harris County's Democratic majority population votes in record numbers on November 4, 2014, Wendy Davis will becomes governor of Texas. Additionally, because JUSTICE MATTERS in Texas and  Harris County Kim Ogg will become the county's District Attorney and the four beautiful and qualified Democratic Black and Hispanic lawyers will become judges.

Remember that Americans of all races voted for and elected an African-American, President Barack Obama for TWO terms. The way we did it was that 64.7%  percent of registered Blacks voted in 2008. For the first time in history in 2012 the 66.2 percentage of registered Blacks voting was more than the 64.1% of Whites.

Republicans and their media bias supporters said Barack Obama wouldn't or couldn't WIN in 2008. In fact Joe Scarborough said in 2012 that Barack Obama's supporters were less motivated than 2008 and wouldn't vote in 2012. During the 2014 election cycle Todd and others like him are predicting that Democrats aren't motivated and that we will stay home.

The goal of all PRESIDENT Obama's voters today should be to make history again.  We will when Black and Hispanic Americans who make up a large portion of the electorate in LA, NC, GA, and Mississippi VOTE in record numbers on November 4, 2014. By voting like our lives depends on it the Democrats will retain control of the Senate.

By the end of the night on November 4th Joe and Chuck will be disappointed once again and will predictably declare that the Republicans will win the White House in 2016.  Once again Democrats and their loyal, informed, and motivated voters will prove them wrong!

Will Eight Million Obamacare Enrollees Neutralize Senator Cornyn’s Willie Horton Ad?

Each time I viewed SENATOR John Cornyn's 2014 "Astonishing" primary ad on television I cringed. The ad prominent displayed of President Obama's black face seems to be an attempt to make him look like a criminal and/or a menacing black man.

I believe that the purpose of the Cornyn's campaign ad is the same as the Willie Horton ads discussed in "The Willie Horton ad revisited 25 years later" post by the Grio. The Willie Horton ad "represented a new low in race-card politics, and the manipulation of white fear of black criminality—and an irrational and visceral hatred of black people in general— to win elections."

I hope that the fact that 8 million Americans signed up for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act aka "Affordable Care Act" "Obamacare" will end Republicans racist political campaign ads. More importantly I hope that Cornyn and the Republicans will stop using images of the president of the United States of America, Mr. Obama, as a menacing figure to energize its supporters.

Racism? Yes Eric Holder ONLY Attorney General EVER held in Contempt of CONGRESS

Visit NBCNews.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

On June 20, 2012, I watched twenty-three Republicans all who appeared to be white Americans on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee vote to recommend that Attorney General Eric Holder, an African-American, be cited for contempt of Congress. Seventeen Democrats five who appeared to be African-Americans voted against the unprecedented measure. Many will argue that this is a legal and/or political matter and nothing more. I believe differently. It was a racist act. Representative Cummings was one of the five African-Americans on the committee. Watching his face as he voted and watched others vote broke my heart. It broke my heart because of the emotional, spiritual, and financial pain that racism caused me as a child and an adult. Blocked by Morning Joe for Tweets Challenging Joe & Guests Opinions & President Obama Bias

In my humble opinion many on the "Right" including Joe the host of the Morning Joe Show have a habit of stating opinions as facts. As a STRONG supporter and volunteer of President Obama I have posted tweets to counter Joe and his guests on the Morning Joe Show. I challenged  opinions, lies, and half-truths that relate to politics in general and to President Obama in particular.

My tweets have been respectful and  are usual backed by a third party source like the tweets in this post. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that this poor educated African-American from the State of Florida has been BLOCKED by the Morning Joe Show. What happened to freedom of speech and intelligent political discourse contained in following tweet?

President Obama Should Use Long Airport Traveling Delays Caused by Sequester as a Political Weapon

The typo in the Sequester Bill to end long airlines delays caused by the furlough of air traffic controllers gives President Obama a chance to fight for program cuts that hurt the non-flying public. African-Americans stood in long lines for three to seven hours to vote in 2008 and 2012. Therefore, those who mocked President Obama’s efforts to prevent the sequester by flying around the country warning of long lines at our airports shouldn’t be allowed to pick and fix parts of the sequester to please their base.

PLEASE PRESIDENT OBAMA DON’T SIGN the “Reducing Flight Delays Act of 2013.” According to a Washington Post article “Obama has pretty much tried it all. He has met privately with Republican leaders in the House, collaborated with bipartisan groups of senators and taken his case to the people, hoping that the power of public opinion could win over his opponents in Congress. This year none of those efforts have worked.”

One thing “Obama” hasn’t tried is fighting fire with fire when dealing with the Mitch McConnell, John Boehner and the GOP. The GOP routinely use self-made crises to further their agenda and to control the nation narrative i.e. debt ceiling, reducing the debt). President Obama SHOULDN’T sign a bill to “prevent reduced operations and staffing” at the FAA UNTIL Boehner and the GOP accept a deal that repeal the entire Sequester.

Boehner’s Proposal to Fix Sequester Must Contain balanced Military and Non-Military Spending Allowances

I believe that this blog is a powerful example to challenge and deny Speaker John Boehner and the GOP's decision to offer legislation to soften the pain of mandated cuts to the military budget caused by the Sequester. Any deal or fix to the Budget Control Act of 2011, must include reducing the amount of non-military spending cuts too. Providing a reliable safety net for the physically and mentally ill, poor, children and the elderly is a role the federal government must play in some of our lives. Who among us will chose to be sick, disabled, and/or poor in one of the greatest countries on earth? Should the forty-seven percent of Americans referenced by Mitt Romney during the 2012 presidential election plight be ignored? I am so glad that I was apart movement that included old, you... on Twitpic Should Boehner and Tea Party congressional members be allowed to provide political cover for themselves and Republicans governors by providing exceptions and exemptions for the military and defense contractors to the drastic cuts of the Sequester? Should President Obama agree to a deal with the GOP that doesn't repeal the entire Sequester and/or offer the same amount of monetary savings to domestic non-military spending that covers programs cuts for the sick, disabled, and/or poor? My answer to both questions is HELL NO! It's time for Speaker Boehner to put America first by risking his Speaker title. It's also time for Boehner to get off his ASS and bring a bill to the House of Representative that will repeal the entire Budget Control Act of 2011.

My Life: A Story of Racism, Prayer, History, Determination, and HOPE

On January 6, 2013, my youngest daughter emailed me a poem that she wrote for me. Her kindness and thoughtful act encouraged me and warmed my heart.

Mom-- An original in all of your ways. Your life is a story of prayers and history, converging to birth one of a kind. The outhouses of Quincy were supposed to shackle you.

You were supposed to settle with scraps wallow in ignorance, strive for nothing,
A migrant worker's trip to Brockport supposed to solidify your inferiority-- Instead it released a wave of hope a wave of determination Faith.

And though this faith has been tried And though your path has languished in the unknown This hope, this determination, this faith still beckons

There is pride in your children There is pride in your feats. But the past shall not keep you. You must continue to journey on.

Some of your steps will be in the dark. The path will narrow, leaving room only enough for one. Fear not, turn away never. An original in all of your ways.

President Obama Please Address My Employment Discrimination Case with Governor Cuomo

I have been waiting for President Obama’s reelection so that he could address my employment discrimination case and take action to make me whole. On November 15, 2012, President Obama received a bear hug from Andrew Cuomo. Therefore, I decided that today was a great day to bring employment discrimination in general and my employment discrimination case in particular to both of these elected officials of the Democratic Party.

President Obama I am respectfully requesting that you and Governor Andrew Cuomo do the right thing and make me whole for NYS Attorney General's Office filing 7 perjured declaration in my employment discrimination case, firing me in retaliation for filing a lawsuit alleging discrimination, and denying the appeal of my disability retirement application. Therefore, I am entitled to back pay from my denied disability retirement application from New York State Department of Correctional Service.

I am also respectfully requesting that you use an executive order if necessary to amend Title VII (employment discrimination) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 again like you did in Ledbedder's case. Amending the Act again will prevent one judge from have the authority to dismiss employment discrimination cases based on summary judgment motions.

I did this report to bring my true employment and retaliation case that includes the unjust denial of my disability retirement application (DRA) to the attention of Andrew Cuomo. In the past Governor Cuomo responded to my letter and email seeking redress and the approval of my the DRA by stating that as Attorney General of NY he couldn't help me. In his new role as governor he still hasn't contacted me or taken any action to make me whole.

President Obama Accomplished Amazing Things During His 2008 Term

This video is awesome and gives an inside look at some of the tough calls President Obama made to get our country back on track. When President Obama is re-elected he will have the opportunity to really make this nation a more just and equal nation for all of its citizens including minorities. President Obama needs four more years to deliver the change that we voted for in 2008. Therefore, we should be pro-active and do everything that is legally possible to ensure that the change we voted for in 2008 continues.

President Obama, Lilly Ledbetter, and Vera Richardson

On January 29, 2009, President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act. According to the New York Times: “In signing the bill, Mr. Obama said that it sends the message "that there are no second class citizens in our workplaces, and that it's not just unfair and illegal, it's bad for business to pay someone less because of their gender or their age or their race or their ethnicity, religion or disability."

I hope and pray that President Obama will take a similar interest in my case and act in a similar fashion. I hope that he doesn’t let politics prevent him from addressing racial employment discrimination that involves Democratic Party members Eliot Spitzer and  Governor Andrew Cuomo.

As of today’s date Andrew Cuomo has ignored my pleas for justice and peace. I hope that as leader of the Democratic Party Pres Obama contacts Cuomo and request that he investigates my case, the unjust denial of the appeal of my disability retirement application, and makes me whole by reversing that denial and reward me much needed back pay from that appeal.

Like Lilly, Vera Richardson, was a victim of employment discrimination. Ledbetter and women groups were encouraged by the signing of the bill named in her honor. Vera and African-Americans victimized by unlawful employment discrimination will be encouraged and motivated to participate in the November 6, 2012, presidential election if the defendants and attorneys on record in Richardson’s case and tens of thousands of other employment discrimination cases are held accountable for their unfair and illegal actions.

THE HELP Must See Movie for African-Americans

I am encouraging African-Americans to reconsider their decision not to support of even view the movie "The Help."  The movie is current available on DVD and Blu- ray and has been nominated for Sag and Golden Globe awards including best actress for Viola Davis.

As a race of people African-Americans are currently losing ground on hard fought battles for equality, jobs, housing, education, and voting rights. We must use our God given talents and common sense to save ourselves. Since the election of this nation's first "Black" president Barack Obama many in politics are openly stating "that they want to take their country back."

The Help is a great tool to use to remind us and our children of some of the possible implications of cries by white politicians to take their country back mean. It is also a tool to use to encourage and educate our children and their friends to strive to achieve academic, political, personal, and financial success from an early age. Lastly is also an excellent tool to motivate us to put on your matching shoes and work to re-elect President Obama in order for him to continue his vision of moving this country forward by achieving equality and justice for ALL Americans including us.

NOTE: Picture of actress Viola Davis and Vera Richardson was taken by my daughter Julieannah in January 2009 at the Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood, CA.

Get Over it Barack Obama is African-American (BLACK) and the President!

President Obama has endured hate speech, disrespectful congressional members, threats, and nonstop criticism for three years.  I believe that most of the criticism is based mainly on the fact that he doesn't look like the other previous forty-three presidents.

When will the Republican Party, conservatives, and Tea Party members realize and accept the fact that Obama is a Christian who has declared his faith on countless occasions and that he believes in God? I believe that President Obama knows that it was God who made it possible for a self proclaimed African-American to become president and commander-in-chief of the United States of America.

It is time for those who hate President Obama or dislike him because of the color of his skin to get over it. He is your president too. More importantly it is time for the "main stream" media to stop making these unworthy criticism stories of people who dislike the President Obama because of his race "NEWS. "The latest none worthy story includes the statement that President Obama didn't mention God during his Thanksgiving speech.

In his November 24, 2011, weekly address President Obama stated in part: "From my family to yours, I’d like to wish you a happy Thanksgiving. Like millions of Americans, Michelle, Malia, Sasha and I will spend the day eating great food, watching a little football and reflecting on how truly lucky we truly are.

As Americans, each of us has our own list of things and people to be thankful for. But there are some blessings we all share.

I know that for many of you, this Thanksgiving is more difficult than most. But no matter how tough things are right now, we still give thanks for that most American of blessings, the chance to determine our own destiny. The problems we face didn’t develop overnight, and we won’t solve them overnight. But we will solve them. All it takes is for each of us to do our part.

With all the partisanship and gridlock here in Washington, it’s easy to wonder if such unity is really possible. But think about what’s happening at this very moment: Americans from all walks of life are coming together as one people, grateful for the blessings of family, community, and country.

So today, I’m thankful to serve as your President and Commander-and-Chief. I’m thankful that my daughters get to grow up in this great country of ours. And I’m thankful for the chance to do my part, as together, we make tomorrow better than today.

Thanks, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving."

Anyone who is finds a reason to complain about the content of President Obama’s Thanksgiving Speech is not being fair and or has other motives for their criticism. I thank God for President Obama and his vision of equality and justice for this nation. I am also thankful during this Thanksgiving weekend that we have a president who is willing to seek reelection after enduring relentless criticism and a media that reports many of those unworthy and unjust criticism as NEWS.

Dear President Obama: We Can’t Wait the Civil Right Act of 1964 needs to be amended again

President Obama we can’t wait the Civil Right Act of 1964 needs to be amended again. The Herman Cain alleged work place sexual harassment news coverage present you the perfect time to once again address and correct unlawful work place behavior that harms minorities emotionally and financially. President Obama I believe that we can’t wait until next year or your next term in office to address employment discrimination and the toll that it has on African-Americans.
On January 29, 2009, you signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act which amended the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Like Ledbetter based on my belief that other Civil Rights Act of 1964 employment discrimination and retaliation victims will unjustly be denied a jury trial I am still fighting. As you stated in your remarks the day that you signed the Ledbetter Act Ledbetter didn’t give up fighting for a just cause. Just like Ledbetter I too could have given up and avoided the unimaginable pain and depression  that continues to occur in my life fourteen years after initially filing my Pro-Se lawsuit, ten years after the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit refused to reverse the unjust dismissal of my lawsuit, and nine years after the United States Supreme Court refused to review, remanded, and/or reverse the dismissal of my case.

During your remark on the Ledbetter bill you stated in part: ”It is fitting that with the very first bill I sign - the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act - we are upholding one of this nation's first principles: that we are all created equal and each deserve a chance to pursue our own version of happiness. Lilly Ledbetter didn't set out to be a trailblazer or a household name. She was just a good hard worker who did her job - and did it well - for nearly two decades before discovering that for years, she was paid less than her male colleagues for the very same work. Now, Lilly could have accepted her lot and moved on. She could have decided that it wasn't worth the hassle and harassment that would inevitably come with speaking up for what she deserved. But instead, she decided that there was a principle at stake, something worth fighting for. So she set out on a journey that would take more than ten years, take her all the way to the Supreme Court, and lead to this bill which will help others get the justice she was denied.”

For more than five years I have pleaded and begged CNN, Soledad Obrien, 60 Minutes, Dateline NBC, Oprah, Jessie Jackson, Congressman Shelia Jackson-Lee, Tavis Smiley, Clinton in her role as Senator of New York to review my factual allegations of employment discrimination and abuse of power by Eliot Spitzer (filing seven perjured summary judgment motion declarations) and his staff at the New York State Attorney General Office.
I believe that my racism experience detailed in my book sheds light on employment discrimination and retaliation. That light will reveal that salutary purpose of summary judgment (to avoid unnecessary trials) and the rights of all Americans to a jury trial can both be accomplished with a well written and defined amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Amending the Civil Rights Act again would prevent one judge from having the absolute power to grant summary judgment motions that dismiss discrimination and retaliation cases.

Seeking Justice For Perjured Declarations Filed in Court by Eliot Spitzer and New York Attorney General's Office

I am an African-American female. My life should have been an American success story. I was born black and poor in rural north Florida to an unwed mother. We were too poor to even have an outhouse - we had to share my grandmother’s outdoor toilet. As a child I worked in tobacco fields and one year worked as a migrant worker. As a migrant worker I picked peaches, apples, and harvested tomatoes and cabbages. As an underdog born into poverty I managed to achieve my dream of graduating from college and having what should have been a great career with New York State Department of Corrections. My dream and my life were shattered by employment discrimination.

My case was my personal discriminatory experience until the New York State Attorney General under the leadership of Eliot Spitzer filed perjured declarations in a court of law in this country. In my book ” Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer I detail my life, my horrific hostile work environment experience, and my Pro-Se legal battle with Eliot Spitzer.

I am still suffering emotionally, financially, and physically, from my employment discrimination and retaliation experience with New York State Department of Correctional Services which violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and Eliot Spitzer. New York State Attorney General’s Office an agency with a Civil Right Bureau filed SEVEN perjured declarations in a Civil Right Act of 1964 Title VII (employment discrimination) case. Based on the perjured declarations and/or disposition testimony of Lee Gould, Personnel Director of New York State Department of Correctional Services, Sgt William Reed, Superintendent A. Andrews, Mike Russo, Assistant New York Attorney General, Gerald Goncalves (Affirmative Action) and Deputy Supt of Administration James Berbary, filed with Eliot Spitzer’s summary judgment motion my employment discrimination case was unjustly dismissed.

I would like to be made whole by New York State Governor Cuomo because I have exhausted all avenues of judiciary redress i.e. my appeal to the United States Supreme Court was denied.

Al Sharpton's DC March for Jobs and Justice - This is What Democracy Looks Like

I am excited about the 2012 election because African-Americans responded to calls for action by Rev. Al Sharpton and the Martin Luther King Memorial committee and came to our nation's capitol by the thousands.  I came to Washington, DC from Houston, Texas to make and witness history being made.  I am so glad that I made the sacrifice and made my way to the national mall. I meet and  talked to African-Americans from New Jersey, New York, Georgia, Ohio, and North Carolina.

President Obama’s 2012 Re-Election is More Important than His 2008 Election

When Barack Obama ran for President in 2008, it was an historic election. The prospect of voting for America's first African-American president brought black folks to the polls who had never voted before. People voted early, stood in long lines, some were in wheelchairs or on walkers -- but the passion and enthusiasm were palpable in black communities across America.

The rights and opportunities that our ancestors marched for finally came to fruition on election night, November 4, 2008, when the votes were cast and the T.V. networks announced that Barack Obama had been elected the 44th President of the United States. Tears of joy were shed across America by young and old.

Some of us mistakenly thought that, with President Obama's election, we had finally arrived. We could take it easy and not have to press so hard for our rights to be affirmed.

We underestimated the backlash from the opposition. Those who did not vote for Obama and who thought a black man would never occupy the White House -- either through prejudice, ignorance or defiance of authority -- quickly rose up in anger and indignation. The Tea Party was formed and we've seen their influence on politics in general and the Republican Party, in particular.

In his September 24, 2011, speech to the Congressional Black Caucus, President Obama was speaking for me and to me when he said, “Throughout our history, change has often come slowly. Progress often takes time. I never promised easy. Easy has never been promised to us. But we’ve had faith. We have had faith. We’ve had that good kind of crazy that says you can’t stop matching.”

“Even when folks were hitting you over the head you can’t stop matching. Even when they’re turning the hoses on you, you can’t stop. Even when somebody fires you for speaking out, you can’t stop. Even when it looks like there’s no way, you find a way—you can’t stop. Through the mud and muck and the driving rain, we don’t stop. Because we know the rightness of our cause-widening the circle of opportunities, increasing each other’s prosperity. We know our cause is just. It’s a righteous cause.”

It will be difficult to duplicate the magic of the 2008 campaign, but we can't afford to sit down -- you have to put on your marching shoes once again and work to re-elect President Obama in 2012! You need to not only vote, but work in the trenches to put President Obama back in the White House for four more years.

Don't be fooled. With Republican legislatures around the country attempting to make voting more difficult in poor and minority communities, the election in 2012 matters more than ever!

Here's why President Obama's re-election is important:

1. He cares about ordinary people -- the poor, middle class and those hardest hit by the recession.

2. He can keep the right-wing forces from enacting discriminatory policies and enacting more voter suppression legistration accross America.

3. He can appoint more federal and Supreme Court justices who are sensitive to the needs of blacks and other minorities.

4. The presence of the Obama First Family in the White House is an important positive symbol for our young people and others around the world.

5. America needs President Obama's continued outstanding foreign policy experience during an unstable international environment.

President Obama has instituted "Operation Vote" to make it easier for African-American communities to organize for 2012. What are you willing to do?

Here are some things you can do to help with President Obama's re-election:

1. Make sure you have the proper documents to vote by securing a state-issued driver's license or photo I.D., if you don't already have one.

2. Sign up as a voting registrar and register people to vote in your neighborhood.

3. Host a fundraiser for President Obama in your home or through one of your community organizations; and/or send a personal contribution to his re-election campaign online.

4. Post information via social media like Facebook and Twitter encouraging your friends to vote for President Obama's re-election.

5. Encourage your church or pastor to host voter registration drives.

6. Stay informed about the presidential election campaign by watching news broadcasts each day.

7. Voice you support for President Obama’s agenda and vision for this country on popular blog sites, radio and television websites, youtube, and CNN.com I-Reports.

8. Write letters to the editor or commentaries in support of President Obama and submit them to your local daily newspaper.

It will take a concerted effort from all of us to get President Obama re-elected. Put on your marching shoes and let's get to work!

Oh really? A Hostile Work Environment for Females Working for President Obama

On September 20, 2011, author Ron Suskind appeared on the Morning Joe Show to discuss his new book “Confidence Men: Wall Street, Washington and the Education of a President.” One of the allegations discussed was that  the Obama’s White House is a hostile environment for females.  I  don’t believe that President Obama would allowed anyone on his staff to violated civil rights laws as they related to women.
For three years  I was a victim of a continued hostile work environment. I believe that Suskind’s book and the current media pundits that appear to accept his White House hostile work  environment claims are doing a disservice to true victims of employment discrimination in general and hostile work environment in particular.

I don’t believe that Obama's White House is a hostile environment for females. Even if  Anita Dunn said "This place would be in court for a hostile workplace" that doesn't make it true or factual. The duration of the unlawful behavior (discrimination and retaliation) frequency of the behavior and an employer refusal to take corrective action to end the unlawful behavior are factors that would be used to evaluate if a hostile wk environment existed at the White House.
