CALLING OUT RACISM

In order to improve African-Americans lives this blog sheds light on racism by calling it out. The fact that I discuss racism should not deem me an unreliable idealistic liberal, a racist, or a race-card playing cry baby. I was created by God to shed light on racism. My employment discrimination and retaliation experience while employed by NYS Depart of Corrections, and David and Goliath court battle with Eliot Spitzer’s NYS Attorney General Office gave me painful knowledge of RACISM.

I am the author of “Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer.” Please click the My Web Page to preview and/or buy my book Screwed by Former Governor and Attorney General Eliot Spitzer http://www.amazon.com/Screwed-Former-Governor-Attorney-General/dp/1456336177 Description: As an underdog born into poverty I managed to achieve my dream of graduating from college and having what should have been a great career with NYS Dept. of Corrections. My dream and my life were shattered by Eliot Spitzer. Eliot Spitzer as the Attorney General of NYS filed seven perjured declarations in federal court. Spitzer and the perjured declarations were successful because my Pro-Se Civil Right Act of 1964 case was dismissed; I was denied my right to a jury trial; and the United States Supreme Court upheld the dismissal by not reviewing my case and the direct evidence presented that proved that the declarations contained lies and false statements. On November 2, 2010, Cuomo was elected to become the governor of New York State. Cuomo has refused to take any action(s) to make me whole.
